New Unused Product Returns:
Your complete satisfaction is our priority. If an item purchased from Holley.com does not meet your expectations, you may return the new, unused part within 90 days from the purchase date for a refund or exchange. The product must be in the original, manufacturer's box and must be sent freight prepaid.
Complete the return form included with your shipment and place it inside your return package. Attach the address label to the outside of the package ensuring there are no previous tracking or delivery labels visible and ship the package to the address on the label. Please do not modify the shipping label other than adding your return address. Returns must be postmarked within 90 days of your receipt of the product. Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Product Returns:
Holley Performance Products will cover the shipping costs for the handling of returned product that was incorrect, damaged or otherwise defective.
If you were sent an incorrect, damaged or otherwise defective product, please contact Customer Service at 334-502-5181 or email email@example.com and request a UPS pick-up or return label for the return of the product.
What to Expect:
Upon arrival of the returned product to Holley and Holley's determination that the returned product is new and unused, incorrect, damaged or defective, Holley will issue a refund back to the credit card used on the original transaction.
If Holley determines that the returned product was used, correctly shipped, undamaged or not defective, Holley will return the product to you, freight collect, and will not issue a refund to your credit card.
Order History and Tracking
You can view your order history, check the status of your order, and track your order by logging into your account and viewing your orders. From here you can select "Orders Details" on an order to view its status and tracking information.
Holley offers free ground shipping on all orders during Holleyween (October 29th through November 1st), excludes clearance parts and oversized packages.
Holley offers free shipping on orders over $100.
Free Shipping only offered via ground to the contiguous US on orders over $100, excludes clearance parts and oversized packages.
Please note we ship orders only to US addresses. Shipping & Handling and sales tax are charged where applicable. They are calculated after shipping information is entered.
If your order does not meet UPS ship requirements it will ship LTL carrier.
Shipments are processed Monday through Friday from 8AM to 3PM CST excluding Holidays. Orders received outside of normal shipment hours will be processed on the next business day.
Before it is processed for shipment, you can cancel your order by contacting customer service at (800) 638-0032 or email HolleyOrders@holley.com
- If payment for your order has not been processed, it will be canceled and no charge will be made against your account.
- If the payment was processed, you will receive a refund for the canceled items.
All items on this site (www.goapr.com) are warranted to be free from defects in the materials and workmanship prior to installation. Warranty is only applicable to the original owner. This warranty does not cover labor, misuse, faulty installation, failure of related parts or parts purchased other than from APR, LLC. Please call for specific warranty information on each product. Each manufacturer may supply different timeframes for their products. APR does not support warranty claims on grey market sales.
