As the decade-old engine and ECU combination reach the end of their production run, and newer more complex technologies are introduced, tuners around the world continue to tinker with bigger turbos, and new bolt-ons in a never-ending race to the bottom (pun intended).

The APR Solid Shifter Cable Bracket is made from cast 304 stainless steel and eliminates the rubber bushings with solid, CNC-machined mounting points. The bracket and bushings will not wear out over time or fatigue under heat and prolonged use, minimizing the potential for transmission damage. With the play and rubbery slop of the OEM component removed, it’s easier to find gears. Expect the feedback from each shift to remain true and confident with a more direct and solid feeling. Designed for the new Golf/A3/Leon/Octavia 1.8T & 2.0T and the Audi A4/A5/A6/Q5 2.0T, the APR Turbo Muffler Delete replaces the factory muffler with a straight, uninterrupted piece, CNC-machined from billet aluminum and anodized black. To ensure proper sealing, APR’s engineers took a two-part approach. A Viton seal is included and forms a seal between the base of the muffler housing and the new piece. With the seal in place and the outer flange installed, the muffler delete tube screws into place, forming a full, uninterrupted path for airflow. Read more…

APR is pleased to announce previously unsupported 2013+ model year Volkswagen CC, Tiguan, GTI and other model 2.0 TSI ECUs now support APR’s DirectPort Programming.
DirectPort Programming enables the vehicle’s ECU to be flashed through the OBDII port without removing and opening the case. This also opens these vehicles to APR’s line of performance software and hardware from APR Stage 1 ECU upgrades all the way up to APR’s Stage 3 GTX Turbocharger Systems!
